Dana obtained her Master’s degree in Law in 2000 from the University of Timișoara (Romania), where she began her legal career. After moving to Belgium, she earned an additional law degree from the University of Antwerp. In her work, Dana combines in-depth knowledge of both the Romanian and Belgian legal and procedural systems, giving her a unique perspective and enabling her to advise clients while taking both legal systems into account.

She specializes in Belgian, Romanian, European, and international family and private law (divorces, alimony, custody, adoption, etc.), inheritance law, tenancy law, employment law, commercial and insurance law, criminal law, and traffic law.

In addition, she works directly with Romanian lawyers — former colleagues — on cases that need to be litigated in Romanian courts.

She is also a sworn translator and interpreter for the language pairs Dutch–Romanian / Romanian–Dutch.

Alexandra graduated from the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and chose to settle in Belgium immediately after completing her studies. She had the opportunity to complete internships within European Union institutions, an experience that strengthened her desire to practice as a lawyer here. This is why she approaches every situation with patience and empathy, so that people feel heard and supported. At the same time, she is fully committed to continuous learning and to refining her professional skills.

Daniela graduated from the Faculty of Law at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași, Romania. She worked as a legal advisor in Romania for a period of 10 years. Later, she decided to settle and work in the Netherlands and, more recently, in Belgium. Since May 2025, she has joined the Dacia-Lex team, excited to work in our law office. Daniela is eager to learn and become familiar with the legal procedures in Belgium in order to provide administrative support and useful information to Dacia-Lex clients. At the same time, she is engaged in a continuous learning process and is improving both her Dutch language skills and the professional competencies specific to the legal field, aiming to work as a legal advisor in the future.

Kara is a student in the Modern Languages track in the final grade of secondary education and works as a student employee within our team. She has a strong interest in law and aims to pursue a university degree in Law, with the ambition of becoming a lawyer. That’s why she already wants to gain practical experience to better understand how the legal process works. She sees this as a valuable opportunity to discover how she can support and assist others. At the same time, she strives to grow both personally and professionally.
