Our firm applies a transparent pricing structure that combines the highest quality with accessibility. Fees and costs are discussed during the first consultation. Our invoices are clear and detailed. They may include three elements:Lawyers' Fees
These fees are charged for the services performed by a lawyer. The standard hourly rate is discussed during the first consultation. We distinguish between the rates applied to individuals and companies, as well as between more or less complex or urgent cases. The rates are discussed and agreed upon separately for each case, based on these criteria.Third-Party Costs
These are costs paid to third parties, including bailiffs, notaries, translators, and public institutions, in the form of official fees for documents, administrative services, and court costs.Administrative Costs
These are costs incurred by the lawyer directly, and they cover infrastructure, communication, administration, and archiving. This cost is generally rounded to 15% of the total invoiced amount.In the interest of transparency, and to allow you to continuously monitor the costs of your lawyer’s intervention, you will receive regular updates regarding fees and expenses. During the first consultation, we will check whether the fees and costs are (fully or partially) covered by any legal expenses insurance. If you are eligible for legal aid under the pro bono system, we will verify whether we can assist you under these conditions or refer you to the Legal Aid Bureau.
